Health

a : the condition of being sound in body, mind, or spirit;especially : freedom from physical disease or pain

Above is the definition of Health according to the dictionary, however Health is the most important aspect of life.

There are 5 main roots to acquiring Health:

Thought:

Thought=Feeling=Action= Your perception of reality= connectedness and understanding to ALL. Everything in life stems from your dominate thoughts. You are 100% in control over every thought large or small that enters your mind through awareness of the self. It’s up to you, what thoughts to bring to the front of your mind to provide your outlook on life. You must grab the thoughts you want to experience immediately when they spark and also destroy immediately the harmful thoughts before they become dominant. If you think positive you will begin to feel positive and ultimately act positive. Positive thought consist of Love and every positive emotion stems from love.

Food:

You are what you eat. Every piece of food has a chemical reaction inside your body. All food has either an enhancing reaction to your bodily system or a negative reaction to your bodily system. One can research to learn what will either strengthen or weaken you. Eating for optimal survival is what one ultimately desires. Everything you consume also contains energy. Relationships:

You are as healthy and powerful as the circle around you. Your relationships are marked by your significant other, family, and friends. You directly affect and are directly affected by these people’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. If you surround yourself around positive people you will lead a positive life. The most important aspect of keeping  Healthy relationships is Benevolence, Communication, Compassion, Honesty, Interest, Loyalty .

Activity:

Activity is all movements. If you are thinking, eating, and have healthy relationships, all of your activities will be beneficial to you and the people around you. From how you exercise, meditate, do for physical enjoyment, entertainment, and the images you intake will have either a negative or positive reaction to yourself and those around you.

Spirituality:

The understanding of oneself, it’s surroundings, and unanswerable questions. Everyone has a personal spirituality but still are all connected. Optimal health will reveal your personal truth and purpose in both your physical and spiritual existence. Revealing your purpose to yourself and creating positive action will do the same for others.

All aspects of Health are interconnected and have a direct effect to one another.

If you think positive-you’ll eat right-if you eat right- you’ll keep positive people around- if you keep positive people around you you’ll move in your right path- if you move in your right path you’ll acquire knowledge of self.

Osho said it best “When you hate with awareness it will disappear. When you love with awareness it will grow stronger”. We all have it inside ourselves to be the best loving human being we can be. It is the conditioning that hinder us throughout life we receive the moment we are born. Every lesson taught to us has either a negative or positive reaction to our advancement. A bee is not aerodynamically proportioned to be able to fly, but because there was no one to condition it to not believe it can fly, the bee finds it’s personal truth to be able to fly. Every human has the capability to achieve anything imaginable if free from the conditions we place on ourselves. There is a point in life when we are responsible for our Health to live better for ourselves and everyone around us, no matter our surroundings, because you have the capability to change them or at least attempt to do so.

Having Health Is Having Love.

If you had the power of GOD “ALL” for one second and could only change one thing- what would that one change be?

Once you have truly realized that very though, dedicate your lifetime to that same one second and you will have acheived your highest goal and revealed your personal truth.

(Real Dream) A friend of mine, ShoGotti of DotMob calls me up and says I have an opportunity that I know is right for you. We’ll be doing a promo for Jay-Z who’s promoting his new album and will also help promote my mothers clothing line Fly Robot (a hip hop version of Kid Robot who sponsored the Dot Mob), in Harlem. Jay knows he safe with me. T-Rex will be there as well. I find myself in a performers van seated with ShoGotti, his mother, Jay-Z, T-Rex, my mother, and either his rep or a bodyguard. Were traveling thru the city. The day is perfect. It is warm, spring, the trees are green and vibrant, and there is a mist appearance created by the red sunset, as if i was experiencing a moment of the past. Cameras are flashing everywhere. We hit the streets, masses of people, reporters asking jay so many questions, people flooding for autographs. For hours Jay doesn’t even notice my being. So I remain both anxious and patient. As we enter back into the van to do a personal story with a high end reporter, ShoGotti’s mother gets frustrated and says take this photo of our shirt have Jay hold it in his hand now for a picture for the story. He does and it works out for them. The day grows late, everyone is hungry. We find a nice upscale restaurant and some how I end up sitting right next to Jay. I do everything in my power not to look nervous or that I’m trying to get anything out of him. My mother says something smart and I respond with an attitude, embarrassing myself in front of Jay. As he says to me, a real man lives with the logic not to argue over emotional things. Without thinking I immediatlety respond, something along the lines, Your 100% right, logic over rules emotion and one will achieve anything they desire by eliminating emotion. But when they achieve their desire thru that teqnique they are no longer human, because emotion and logic are actually complimentary of balance, and make both a man and woman whole. Therefore you lose urself if you lose your emotion. He was completely impressed. As we left he gave me a number to call right when I’m away from everyone else. As I was walking to my train through the NYC streets my phone rings. It’s Jay-Z. He said, look ur a really smart kid most don’t pick up on things so fast but theres an answer to your question, I could not share in front of everyone else due to the laws of the Masonic order. You would have to be an associate to be taught the truth of that lesson. I respond, man my whole family is masons I don’t know how I’m not one yet.
